ZHOL
The short version
Zhol is an independent Roblox community. This website shows public information and, once you sign in with Roblox, member-only pages. We collect the minimum needed to do that. There are no adverts and no third-party trackers on this site.
If you only browse
Public pages do not set cookies and do not ask who you are. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard connection data (such as your IP address) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
If you sign in with Roblox
Sign in is optional and uses Roblox's own login. We receive only your identity from Roblox, and we keep:
- your Roblox user ID, username and display name;
- your Zhol group rank and division membership, checked when you sign in;
- a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is the only cookie we set.
We do not store your Roblox access tokens, your password, your email address or any payment details.
Things you submit
Members can submit rank requirement logs, weekly activity entries and screenshots. These are stored so staff can review them, are never public, and are deleted after a retention period once the decision is final. Screenshots can contain other players' names, so please only upload what is needed.
Public records
The blacklist, recording policy, suspensions and combat statistics shown on this site are the same records the Zhol community already publishes on Roblox and Discord. Case notes and evidence on the blacklist are public.
Children
Many Roblox users are young. We collect only what is described above and show nothing about a player beyond what is already public on Roblox plus the group's own records.
Deleting your data
To ask us to remove your profile mapping, drafts and uploaded images, message the staff in our Discord. Records that moderation needs, such as strikes and blacklist cases, are kept as part of the group's history.
